  • 20 jumping lunges with dumbbells/free weights
  • 15 squats with arm press (dumbbells)
  • 20 jump squats with dumbbells
  • 10 explosion push-ups (all limbs, yes two hands, two feet, off the ground)
  • 10 lateral hops (there and back= 1, so 20 total)
  • rest 2 minutes
  • erg/run/bike 10 minutes
