  • glute bridge (hold for 45 seconds)
  • sumo squat (75x w/ free weight)
  • wall sit (hold 1 min) ~~> substitute: 50 bikers –> do both in 3rd set
  • donkey kicks (50x ea. leg)
  • single-leg glute bridge (45 seconds ea. leg)
  • curtsy lunge (50x ea. side) –> substitute: 30 push-ups
