my first passion, fitness, is where my life, my soul, my heart, my spark, my energy lie. i need exercise, fitness,working out, more than i need almost everything… except maybe laughter and happiness. but those go hand in hand with exercise, as one comes with the other.

here i share with you some quick, some long and hefty, super fun workouts i’ve done (yes, all of them, some multiple times) that do and do not require weights, bars, boxes, or the gym. some of these are great amendments and additives to a post-run workout and some stand alone, and render you hardly able to stand, by themselves. but, in the end, they are all worth it and you will thank yourself, and more importantly your body, in the days following.
